YSP East Staff
Suzanne Rubinstein, Volunteer Director and Co-Founder of YSP East
Suzanne is the mother of three YSP actors and is thrilled to share the joys of classical theater with local youth, their families and the greater community.
Annabelle Fitch, Assistant Director
Annabelle Fitch, age 17, has been acting with the Young Shakespeare Players East for nine productions, and has directed for five. After holding positions such as that of an apprentice director, assistant costumer, and stage manager, she is excited to be an assistant director for Macbeth. When not directing or acting, Annabelle is passionate about creative writing and psychology. Something she appreciates about Shakespeare’s works is their psychological realism, which is one reason why she continues participating in YSP East. As for others, she adores the supportive, mature, and intellectual community. A program fostering curiosity and compassion, YSP has become her second home.
Leo Sanzone, Assistant Director
Leo Sanzone, age 17, has been acting with the Young Shakespeare Players East for eight productions, and has directed for five. He lives in Vermont and enjoys science, acting and being silly with friends. He is excited to be an assistant director for Macbeth.
Phoebe Burch, Apprentice Director & Assistant Costumer
Phoebe Burch, age 15, has been acting with the Young Shakespeare Players East for seven productions. Her favorite past roles include Sir Toby (Twelfth Night), Miranda (the Tempest), and Juliet (Romeo and Juliet). When not at YSP East, Phoebe enjoys playing her instruments, learning about foreign cultures, and reading good books.
Anan Eisenstein Bond, Administrative Assistant
Anan Eisenstein Bond, age 18, has been acting with the Young Shakespeare Players East for 10 productions and has worked as a Costumer and Director at YSP East. When not at YSP, Anan enjoys learning to fly (paraglide), being outdoors, caring for her miniature horse and studying all sorts of cool things at Northstar for Teens. Anan is thrilled to help with Macbeth.
